Shipping policy

All goods are sent via Royal Mail first class signed postage. We aim to process all orders and have them sent for shipping within 3 working days of the purchase.

Unfortunately, due to Brexit, we are unable to ship outside the UK. As a small business this is devastating.

Since January 2021 parcels to Europe are subject to customs and duty fees. This means that goods shipped between EU countries, UK mainland and Northern Ireland have to clear customs and require a commercial invoice and other export documentation, something we are unable to accommodate at this point in time.
